Riche en expériences et en apprentissages, mon chemin me conduit à être bénévole au sein du Centre de la Kabbale, où j'ai développé des compétences d'écoute et d'accompagnement. Mais aussi et surtout, la Kabbale m’a apporté de réels outils afin d’appréhender la vie avec plus de sérénité, plus de compréhension et de proactivité. Comparable à un « Gps », ces enseignements m’ont guidé avec bienveillance à traverser mes épreuves, mes défis et mes nombreuses aventures. Telle une alchimiste, accompagnée par les enseignements de nombreux grands maîtres Kabbalistes qui ont traversé les siècles, j’expérimente la transformation du chaos en lumière.

One of my dreams has always been to have a large family. Now being the mother of six beautiful children, I think I have fulfilled this little girl's dream with flying colours. And as you can imagine, life is not a long, quiet river with such a tribe!
Passionate about life, and explorer of the world of Kabbalah (universal spiritual study based on the writings of the Zohar) for more than thirty years, I do everything to satisfy my constant thirst to improve myself by nourishing myself with what the universe brings me.
Rich in experiences and learning, my path led me to volunteer at the Kabbalah Center, where I developed listening and support skills. But also and above all, Kabbalah gave me real tools to approach life with more serenity, more understanding and proactivity. Comparable to a “GPS”, these teachings guided me with kindness through my trials, my challenges and my many adventures. Like an alchemist, accompanied by the teachings of many great Kabbalist masters who have spanned the centuries, I experience the transformation of chaos into light.
Professionally, I use my gifts in the field of sales, particularly in events.
In 2019, I found the tailor-made job I was looking for, sales manager within an events and infographics agency. However, after 8 months, following the consequences of covid, the agency had to part ways with me, it was a question of survival.
So I leave without any hard feelings and very quickly, I understand that my path in sales ends here; I realize that this is simply not what I want to do anymore.
Guided by the inspiration of my friend Diane, a retired but nevertheless very active journalist, I created my YouTube channel, “HaVa en
Consciousness” where I share videos on energetic awareness of the week as well as meditations based on the cycles of the moon.
I then discover this new environment with curiosity and excitement and I learn everything on the job!
Subsequently, I decided to follow John Kabat-Zinn's Mindfulness meditation training. Enthusiastic by the depth of the training, I decided to put all my energy into living the present moment.
My regular practice of yoga for around ten years has led me to be interested in the energies of the body, always with the continual aim of awakening consciousness.
I then decided to follow the online training “Magnetism for all” by Gérard Galiana, which gave me a different understanding and practice of healing.
Passionate about the spiritual world, my goal is to make notions of spirituality which may seem, at first glance, complex, accessible to as many people as possible.
I have the permanent desire to share my experiences and encourage my listeners to vibrate with their best energy by adopting practical exercises.
It is in this context that I came up with the idea of creating a concept of “spiritual coaching”, “The Gateways” a method of conscious motivation to support people wishing to lose weight.
Wishing to make these meditations as effective as possible, I deepen the scope and effectiveness of the beneficial affirmations for the subconscious.
With this in mind, I therefore decided to create three different audios of positive affirmations associated with suggestions for the subconscious in order to test them on myself beforehand.
The first is on weight loss (my subject), the second on addictions (I was trying to stop smoking, and yes, a bad idea that I had to start smoking again after more than thirty years of abstinence!) and to finish the third on spiritual and material abundance.
And then something completely unexpected happens, as soon as I have finished recording and editing my three audios, a cousin of my husband (with whom I am not in contact at all) asks me because, finding
my voice soothing, she wants me to concoct an ASMR meditation (whispers) to help her lose weight.
What synchronicity! I learned that angels speak to us through synchronicities, and so since then, it has been a series of synchronicities that have led me to tell you about my life on this website!
What an adventure ! Because very quickly, my friends spontaneously offered to play testers of my audios and ended up buying them for me to encourage me, and this gave me the idea of developing various other themes, such as self-esteem problems. , anger, sleep, fears, etc…
This is how this adventure turned into a great opportunity to support others towards a more fulfilling life through my Subliminds, Sublimind being the name I gave to my audios.
Looking back, I understand that my learning, the YouTube channel, my method project….all of this brought me to this precise moment.
